Account Validation Service Realtime

This API performs Account Validation based on the account information
provided. This validation process caters for SBSA accounts, as wll as OFF US
accounts.(i.e accounts which belong to other banking institutions). The
validation process returns a set of data fields which lists the outcome of
the validation process by way of Y,N,U indicators.
